The main features of the activities are presented on the website www.mysteriusescape.fr. The participant is required to read them before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a service is the sole responsibility of the customer. The customer acknowledges having the capacity required to contract and acquire the services offered on the website www.mysteriusescape.fr. Any service performed by Mysterius Escape implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These terms and conditions are valid for all services provided by Mysterius Escape.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-deddf00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"deddf00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Services<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bda5dad elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bda5dad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The services offered by Mysterius Escape are presented on the website www.mysteriusescape.fr and include urban treasure trails \/ urban games, giant urban games, as well as the creation of activities for groups (seminars, team building) in person. For its urban games, Mysterius Escape provides a backpack containing the scenario of a treasure trail taking place in the city. The game is played outdoors, within the defined time slot. The duration of the game depends on the chosen scenario and varies between 1h30 and 2h30. The participant must note that a 15-minute briefing and a 15-minute debriefing at the end of the game must be added to this, as indicated on the website www.mysteriusescape.fr. This time slot may be shortened if necessary but may under no circumstances be exceeded, in order to welcome the following players in good conditions. The games offered by Mysterius Escape are intended for an adult audience. However, minors may take part but must be accompanied by at least one adult. Mysterius Escape reserves the right to refuse access to a game session if there are only minors, without refunding the session.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4b0d5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f4b0d5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. The participant is responsible for their own actions: to play the games offered by Mysterius Escape, there is no need to put oneself or others in danger. Nor is there any need to damage public property, disturb public order, or break the law. Mysterius Escape reserves the right to prohibit access to the game and equipment to any person whose behaviour is offensive, aggressive, violent, and\/or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, without any compensation or refund. The person who made the booking agrees to be jointly liable for the actions of any participant benefiting from their booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04bb3d3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"04bb3d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Pricing and gift vouchers<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-21a20bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"21a20bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Booking prices are indicated on the website www.mysteriusescape.fr for a duration of 1 hour 30 to 2 hours 30 and for one or more teams, for a maximum of 120 players per session. Prices are fixed. If the number of participants is lower than that announced at the time of booking, the price difference is not refunded. Conversely, if it is higher, the participant may pay the difference before the start of the game, in cash, by holiday vouchers, or by bank transfer. For the comfort of participants, games are limited to 6 players per team. If participants wish to be more than 6 players per team, a written request must be made to the address contact@mysteriusescape.fr or by phone on 06 70 33 98 46. Seminar activities, team building, giant urban game: prices are available only on request for a quote. For school groups, it is possible to use the collective part of the pass culture to book an activity as part of a school outing. For school groups, a minimum of 150 EUR per activity is required. These prices are firm and non-revisable during their period of validity as indicated on the website. The organisers reserve the right, outside this period, to modify prices at any time. Mysterius Escape has entrusted its payment system to a provider specialising in securing online payments and does not keep any data related to the payment system in its databases. Mysterius Escape offers bookings in the form of Gift Cards to give as presents. They are identified by a unique number and the beneficiary is deemed to be the first bearer to make use of it. For this reason, the buyer of a Gift Card must ensure, under their sole responsibility, that its confidentiality is preserved.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43a19bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"43a19bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. The provision of a game slot and equipment is subject to the booking and its prior payment, whether complete or not, which may only be made by adults. The booking is made by the participant from among the available time slots, and validated and recorded by the organiser. In the event that the participant is unable to make the booking, the organiser may do so on their behalf without their liability being engaged in this respect. An e-mail informing of the booking in progress is sent to the address provided by the person booking the activity. The booking only becomes firm and final after payment of the price corresponding to the price indicated on the website. It is the participant's responsibility to check the accuracy of the booking and to report any error immediately. Any booking made on the website www.mysteriusescape.fr constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the participant and the organiser. Mysterius Escape reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous booking. Before starting the game session, participants must confirm the name of the booking owner and provide the confirmation received at the time of booking. Any signature of a quote entails full payment of the invoice before the activity, or the payment of a 30% deposit. The game will be granted to any participant replacing an absent player.
